PAYMENTS:

We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and regular account payments all through an SSL secured third-party via Paypal.

Paypal is a reliably safe and secure way of shopping online. Our shop does not view or store payment information.

All prices are shown in US $ currency. We do not currently ship outside of the United States. 

 

SHIPPING:

All orders are processed Monday - Friday.

Please allow 1-3 weeks to process all handmade orders. Once completed, all items will be shipped within 2-3 standard business days via USPS.

We do not ship on US Federal Holidays.

There will be a minimum shipping rate of $3.50 added to all US orders unless specified by an active promotion. Expedited processing & shipping available upon request.

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Be sure to double check your shipping address before confirming. Snoozebun will not be responsible for delayed or missing packages due to inaccurate mailing addresses. 

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to the nature of our products being handmade. Snoozebun is not accountable for any lost or damaged packages. However, if something goes amiss with your order, do not hesitate to contact us so we can work something out. Please note the shipping charges and Paypal fees are nonrefundable.
